Website Maintenance

eFaith offers a maintenance program to provide ongoing site maintenance. Our objective is to assists our customers in maintaining viable websites that contains up to date information. We are aware of the fact that customers periodically need to revise some aspect of their websites. Consequently, eFaith offers website maintenance contracts to address site maintenance needs. Maintenance Services consists of updating site content/images, adding new pages, and creating/modifying: javascript, active server pages, and cold fusion pages.

eFaith offers several options for website maintenance:

• Quarterly Plan - eFaith will provide two hours of maintenance services per quarter, for a fee of $90 per quarter.
• Yearly Plan - eFaith will provide ten hours of maintenance services per year, for a fee of $360 per year.
• Hourly Basis - eFaith will provide maintenance services on an hourly basis, at a rate of $60.00 per hour, with a $30.00 minimum charge.

For the Quarterly Plan and the Yearly Plan, the minimum time charged is 15 minutes. Time expended beyond the time allotment associated with the plan will be invoiced at the rate of $60 per hour, with a minimum billing period of 15 minutes ($15.00). Requested services will be performed and posted within 2 to 5 business days, after which the customer will receive an accounting of the time expended versus the remaining allotment.
